The Standard plan is an in-patient plan only and is the lowest cost plan. The Plus Plan offers the highest level of cover. These Interglobal healthcare plans are available to teachers and staff of all nationalities, and their dependants, working in International Schools, except for citizens of the USA and Canada who are resident in their home country. The Bronze plan is an in-patient plan only and is the lowest cost plan. The Gold Plan offers the highest level of cover. Continuity Guarantee

Once you have become the holder of an InterGlobal Healthcare Plan, InterGlobal will offer you renewal terms every year for as long as you decide to remain covered under an InterGlobal Healthcare Plan.

Money Back Guarantee

If you think you InterGlobal Healthcare Plan does not meet your needs, you may cancel it without having to pay a charge. If you decide to cancel, just return it within 30 days of receiving it. And, as long as you have not already made a claim under the plan, InterGlobal will fully refund the premium you have paid. No questions asked.

International Helpline

Your plan gives you access to an International Helpline 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Help and assistance is only a phone call away. The International Helpline will provide you with advice, help and assistance in emergencies. They will pre-authorise your inpatient and daycare treatment claims and settle them direct with the treatment providers.

The International helpline is provided by Inter Group Assistance Services Limited. Staffed by a trained and experienced team of multi-lingual coordinators with around the clock access to a panel of duty doctors and nurses. Inter Group Assistance Services Limited has a worldwide network of regionally based medical assistance providers who have a wide range of local knowledge, with on the spot experience and who speak the local language. This combination of personal service and dedicated help is at your disposal and for your benefit through your InterGlobal plan.

Medical and Emergency Services

Should emergency evacuation be medically necessary, Inter Group Assistance Services has established, formal links with airlines and air ambulance operators all over the world. All of these air ambulance operators have advanced medical equipment on board. The ambulance staff doctors are experienced in general medicine with considerable expertise in aero-medical evacuation and repatriation. An extensive range of medical equipment is always on hand which is used by experienced medical escorts on air ambulances as well as doctors and nurses escorting patients on scheduled flights.

Inter Group Assistance Services Limited is connected with CORIS, the European based assistance organization.

Claims

The InterGlobal Claims Department guarantees to deal with and settle claims within 14 working days of receipt. A team of experienced claims assessors are on hand to provide professional advice and assistance during UK office hours. They monitor their performance closely and are constantly improving their methods of dealing with and settling claims. This is achieve primarily through effective case management and consultation with clients and medical processionals.

The Claims Department works closely with Inter Group Assistance Services and the International Helpline to ensure all inpatient as well as outpatient claims are dealt with efficiently and sympathetically.
